The room was clean, modern and well furnished to a good standard though simple. The hotel was very close to the station, cafés, bars and restaurants but far enough away not to be bothered by the noise. Staff were helpful and friendly. The buildings original lift was particularly enjoyable and added a rustic charm. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely visit.

The hotel was very good. Its location in the city center made things very convenient for us. The room offered excellent value for money—spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, a private bathroom, and everything spotlessly clean. We had an issue with the heating, but we didn’t feel cold because the building was quite warm, and the receptionist gave us extra blankets, furry robes, and two free drinks each. I would choose it again.

The location, the shower end very nice, hot and pleasant water, the staff was helpful when we found an alive mouse in the middle of the night in the room. They offered to change the room and we got an upgrade room.

the location of the facility is excellent because it is located perfectly in the center. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than 4:00 p.m.The room was clean and well-kept

Really couldn't fault this hotel. Great location 5 min walk from Centraal station. Room was standard but impressive. Spent a little extra to get a room with balcony to smoke on, well worth the money, will be back. Almost do not want to rank it so highly incase demand increases and they raise prices 😂

Great central location short walk from Rotterdam Central station. Room was presented really well on arrival. Bed was made nicely (see photo) Staff on hand at reception all times of the day Nice walk in shower Security conscious needing the key card to open the stairwell or lift

Although looking a little tired the hotel had everything I needed. It wasn't far from Rotterdam Centraal Station and I found plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The hotel was quiet, which I appreciated and the curtains fully blocked the light.

Located in the center of Rotterdam, good place to visit the stores, a supermarket located in 1 min walk, and the train station at 10 min walking.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Hotel Central in Rotterdam. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff, especially Cedric, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rotterdam; it truly made my trip memorable."
