The hotel was very good. Its location in the city center made things very convenient for us. The room offered excellent value for money—spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, a private bathroom, and everything spotlessly clean. We had an issue with the heating, but we didn’t feel cold because the building was quite warm, and the receptionist gave us extra blankets, furry robes, and two free drinks each. I would choose it again.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Hotel Central in Rotterdam. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff, especially Cedric, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rotterdam; it truly made my trip memorable."

The hotel was very close to the station, cafés, bars and restaurants but far enough away not to be bothered by the noise. Staff were helpful and friendly. Really couldn't fault this hotel. Great location 5 min walk from Centraal station. Room was standard but impressive. Spent a little extra to get a room with balcony to smoke on, well worth the money, will be back. Almost do not want to rank it so highly incase demand increases and they raise prices 😂
